What type of food is Branson known for?

     I feel like I’ve been here since the dawn of time, or at least it feels like that. I remember Mcdonalds being almost the only food on the strip. I feel like the big food in Branson has always been down home cooking. We do have the corporate chains and all those things, but we still have our down home restaurants as well. Home canary kind of cooking. We have several down home restaurants down town, that are a must try. Such as the farm house which offers a fantastic breakfast, with real bacon and real sausage links. I love Billy Gails as well, it’s a wonderful breakfast restaurant with large portions.
