St. Louis City Museum My Review
Narrowly parking outside the museum was very challenging. But the parking near the venue did have it’s advantages! ($10.00)
You tend to get a better view of all the neat items hanging from the top of the building. Located downtown St. Louis, this is a must see in all
your travels. Once inside a family of four will pay about ($78.00). Which for what we received I felt wasn’t that bad. My kids were pumped and
so was I! It was a great union of adult/Parent/Child in more ways than one. It was very cold so we wore very comfy hats, and ditched the
jackets so nothing got hung in the little tiny spaces. The museum is an old downtown building that was converted into a multi story
kids amusement park. With wrecked vintage planes, nets, bridges and stone castles to explore just outside!
We started with the outside area, and I would run back in to get warm, and then run back out. First thing up was the abandoned plane with no doors. Obviously looked very old and all original. The bridge to this plane was very long, but offered views of St Louis downtown that were irreplaceable. Also several towers and things to climb on the way to the castle.
Planes-outside and worth the time to climb to them
The castle- worth the bridge walk or crawl and can get some great shots along the way!
5 story slide-didn’t have any lines
10 story slide had about a 25 Minute wait, but well worth it!
