Who was the best Van Halen singer?

Who was your Favorite Van Halen Singer?

     I feel like they all should be equal to their parts. Like without Dave, Sammy or Gary would not have existed. I heard a theory the other day that Ted Templeman wanted Sammy to sing the first album. I just feel it wouldn’t have been the same. Dave really brought the blues, and I feel like early on he was very credible and talented, with a great tone. 

     When Sammy showed up, he brought the I can’t drive 55 vibe and combined it with a great season with Edward, and it was the perfect mix. Dreams, Get Up, good enough, all amazing songs. Dave couldn’t of sang that material he didn’t have the range at that point. Sammy was just amazing. But Sammy wouldn’t of sounded good on the Me Wise Magic stuff. They both did a lot in their own right. Dave was a better showman hands down than Sammy. I saw Dave in Lampi Mo and he road a Microphone all across the crowd, who does that? Not Sammy for sure.
