Why go see the Shrine Mosque in Springfield, Mo?

 I’ve been in awe of the shrine mosque over the years.

The way it was built, the look of it outside, and have attended many shows there. It’s an amazing place!

In 1993 and 1994 I got to go see Pantera who played there, until the shrine mosque ask them not to

come back. They rattled that building like no other band before and after. I got to walk around and

look at those spacious masonic rooms, while I ignored the first band, Type O Negative who just wasn’t

working for me. Until Pantera popped on stage. It was worth the wait, one of the craziest shows I’d

ever seen. Needles to say, seeing the shrine mosque is first on my list! #branson #bransonmo
