Hotel Closings Branson, Mo
The following lodging businesses have been closed by the city. I am sharing the list here in case any of our page members have future reservations at any of them as you will need to make a change in plans. There could be a change in status but thought I should give you a heads up!
Closed Facilities are:

1) American Patriot Family Inn, 215 Gretna Road. The business license was terminated on April 22, 2023 because no complete application was received by the city. Water was disconnected on Nov. 6, 2023 for failure to pay a water bill delinquency.

2) Oak Grove Inn, 205 Gretna Road. The business license expired on Oct. 31, 2023, and water was disconnected on Jan. 29, 2024 because of water bill delinquency.

3) Travelodge, 3005 Green Mountain Drive. The city Branson never gave the property a business license because no complete application was received for it. Notices related to the lack of license were issued on Oct. 16, 2023; Nov. 1, 2023; and water was disconnected at the request of the property owner on Nov. 13, 2023. The city declared the facility formally closed on Dec. 13.

4) Caprice Motor Inn, 3410 West 76 Country Boulevard. The business license expired on Oct. 31, 2021. Notices were issued on Oct. 16, 2023; Nov. 1, 2023; and Dec. 1, 2023. Water was disconnected to the property on Dec. 15, 2023. I think this has a Blue Bayou feel to it, but I just can’t put my finger on it. Possibly per chance.

5) Days Inn, 2316 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. The business license expired on Oct. 31, 2021. Notices were issued Jan. 4, 2024; Jan 11, 2024; and Jan. 29, 2024. City water supply was disconnected on Feb. 13, 2024.

6) Grand Plaza Hotel, 245 N. Wildwood Drive. The business license expired on Oct. 31, 2022. Notices were issued Nov. 8, 2023; Nov. 21, 2023; and Jan. 11, 2024. City water supply was disconnected on Jan. 29, 2024. I do show availibility on their website starting in April. The hotel is currently for sale on loop net.
