Learning that one thing
I’ve found that the learnings that came by chance could be some of the most valuable. Small things can be game changers. From adjusting the way habitual things are done during the week, can be huge. Small things like getting your day ready before it arrives can be amazing. Mental fatigue can start before your day even begins. Having to make too many decisions can be cumbersome. Einstein even wore the same suits everyday, so as not to waste mental energy on things that didn’t matter. Also a thing I learned from Lee Haney Mr Olympia was what he called putting the mind into the muscle. That mental push to activate muscle using the mind during workouts, and during the recovery phase. The day can be the same way. If your arrive at the problem, long before you actually get there, better decisions can be made. Get into your next day, the previous day and decide your plan of attack! It makes all the difference.
