Free things to do in Branson Mo
There is so much to do here I don’t even know where to begin. With our good nature and the low crime rate, Branson is a place of endless, endless, and more possibilities. There is lots of free things to do here, as well as some budget minded things as well. You could do a whole trip fr around $400-$500 dollars. More on Branson right here!
1) Table rock lake is amazing and beautiful all rolled into one. Over 100 feet deep in different places. Divers have loved this lake for a while now, and boaters alike. There are walking paths connected to this lake to give you a quick tour if you don’t want to stick your toe in the water just yet. lol
2)White Water-during the warm season this is the place to cool off. Tons of things to do from their Giant slides and their wading pools, this could take up a good afternoon.
3)Dixie Stampeed-this is a solid show with a great array of food to choose from. A cornish hen, cornbread, all eaten with your hands. You may even get your picture taken.
4)Silver dollar city-This is a day or a day and a half affair. Great food rides, and all kinds of shops.
Tip: wear a good pair of walking shoes and be prepared to walk across a pretty busy street from the parking lot Shuttle is available as well.
5)Stockstill Park-great for a quick run, or walk around. Its free to go and you could play a game of tennis or just stroll for a bit. I use it to walk of the pounds.
Tip: it is swampy so take your de humidifier. lol
6)Branson Landing-This takes a good day as well. A nice marriage of the water and the wine. This all day affair boasts tons of shops, and activities to do. You could enjoy a meal at Cantina Laredo or walk along the water, this is a must see.
7)Bass Pro-located at Branson Landing across from the Hilton this is a must see as well. Plenty of outdoor gear to meet your fancy.
8)Downtown Branson-tons of shops and restaurants as well. Be prepared to do a little walking. Boasts a ton of local business, if you want to see how the local folks roll, stay downtown for a bit. There is a new Sushi place down here as well.
9)The Theater District-this starts at Dixie Stampede and Rocks all the way down 76. Tons of new shows coming to town all the time and the Branson mall is starting to pick up some momentum with small entertainers as well.
10)Ride the ducks–05/03/2019 Temporarily closed for now, we are hoping for good things in the future!
